PRIVACY POLICY
Your details,
handled with care.
What we collect when you contact us through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
This website is published by Masuwe Prime Estate (“we”, “us”), Lot 1, Jafuta Estate, Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. For anything to do with your personal information, write to info@masuweprimeestate.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, the type of land you are interested in, whether you would like pricing or a site visit, and your message. If you reached the site through one of our tagged campaign links, the form also tells us which campaign it was — read from the link itself, and not stored on your device.
Like any web server, ours keeps standard technical logs — your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — which we use only to keep the site secure and working. Your IP address is also held briefly in memory to stop the form being flooded.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking. Its fonts, images and video are served from our own server, so visiting it does not send your details to third parties. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How we use your information
We use your details to answer your enquiry, to send you pricing or arrange a site visit if you ask us to, and to follow up on your interest in the estate. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the project team except where the law requires us to.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are delivered by email to the project team’s mailbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace. The website itself runs on Amazon Web Services servers in South Africa. Both providers may store data outside Zimbabwe, under their own security and data protection commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we are in conversation with you about the estate, and for a reasonable period afterwards as a record of what was discussed. Ask us at any time and we will delete them, unless we need to keep them for a legal reason.
Your rights
Under Zimbabwe’s Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to us using it. Email info@masuweprimeestate.com and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ), the data protection authority.
